The seventh annual Mancos BurroFest returns to Boyle Park in downtown Mancos on Saturday, June 20, to mark Colorado's 150th anniversary and to celebrate the local bond between burros and the arts. Organizers say the event links the region's history with miners and agricultural workers to contemporary community life. The Mancos Creative District is hosting the celebration, which is listed by the America 250 - Colorado 150 Commission as an official Colorado 150th event. Activities will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
