The Carroll Community Festival Committee has announced its 2026 Senior King and Queen. The honorees are Robb and Kris Ingram, who have lived in the area for 43 years and contributed to local projects and volunteer activities. Robb worked in printing and logistics and retired after more than 25 years. Kris taught students with developmental disabilities for 31 years before retiring.
