Three Amarillo ISD teachers were named February winners of the 14th annual Teachers On The Rise program. The winners are Jessica Hernandez of Emerson Elementary, Ronnie Hamilton of Bonham Middle, and Abbie Chapmond of Tascosa High School. The program is organized by United Family and Mrs Baird's Bread and has been running since August. Organizers reported more than 800 nominations this school year.
