Elgin hires director of organizational culture and hosts library book sale this week

The city of Elgin has appointed Sarah Latshaw as its first director of organizational culture and engagement. The Gail Borden Public Library Foundation will hold a semiannual book sale March 25–29 at the main Elgin library.

Elgin has appointed Sarah Latshaw as the city's first director of organizational culture and engagement, a new administrative role focused on strengthening internal workplace culture.
