The City of Miramar will host the 13th Annual Rhythms of Africa on April 18–19, 2026 at the Miramar Cultural Center. This year’s theme is "Run Di Riddim: Every Beat for Jamaica" and the program emphasizes cultural heritage and community connection. Mayor Wayne Messam will host the festival, which brings together performances, mentorship, and community outreach. The event is produced by the Embrace Music Foundation in association with Solutions of Music.
