Neil Tonge from Salisbury completed a challenging trek to Everest Base Camp and used the fundraising to sponsor a defibrillator for Barefoot Barns. The device was sourced through the charity London Hearts and local businesses and volunteers helped make the installation possible. D&N Maintenance supported the installation free of charge, and Winterbury Training has offered free public training sessions. Mr Tonge said his original aim was one or two devices but donations have covered four and are approaching five.
